Ochre House Theater welcomes the new year with a dark comedy that is sure to keep you guessing. FATE COMPLETE, written and directed by our own Kevin Grammer, is a beguiling piece of theater where loyalty, love, and compassion are in the balance.
Set in the ‘60’s, Evelyn Forsyth is a war child who made it big in the movie industry but gave up her soaring career as the studio’s top star to be with the love of her life, William Forsyth, a well-established movie executive. By all appearances, William and Evelyn had the ideal life. But all is not what it appears to be. An abusive cycle lurks beneath the surface, and Evelyn is left with difficult choices.
Join us as we plunge into the dark world of the movie industry where up is down, left is right, and right is wrong. Music, dance, and spectacle pervade the evening. It’s the kind of original subversive theater you’ll only find at the Ochre House.
